一、高溫高濕試驗(yàn)
高溫高濕試驗(yàn)（WHTOL，Wet High Temperature Operating Life），是常見的環(huán)境應(yīng)力加速試驗(yàn)，通常是85℃，85%相對(duì)濕度，一般依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC 60068-2-67-2019進(jìn)行，其測(cè)試條件如表所示。

NOTE- It is not recommended that a test should be restarted；however，if it is required to subject the specimen to a longer duration than 2000h then the test shall be recommenced in accordance with the requirements of clause 7. The test shall be recommenced within 96h of the end of the ramp-down period of the previous test.
During the interval between the tests the specimen shall be held under standard atmospheric conditions for measurement and tests，unless otherwise specified in the relevant specification.

二、試驗(yàn)原理
“雙85試驗(yàn)”是可靠性環(huán)境試驗(yàn)中的一種，主要用于恒溫恒濕箱，就是將箱體的溫度設(shè)定為85℃、相對(duì)濕度設(shè)定為85%RH 的條件下，對(duì)試驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行加速老化。雖然試驗(yàn)過程簡(jiǎn)單，但是該試驗(yàn)是考核試驗(yàn)品中很多種特性指標(biāo)的重要方法，所以也成為了各行業(yè)中不可或缺的一種可靠性環(huán)境試驗(yàn)條件。
85℃/85%RH的條件下老化產(chǎn)品后，對(duì)比產(chǎn)品老化前后的性能變化，比如燈具的光電性能參數(shù)、材料的力學(xué)性能、黃變指數(shù)等，差值越小越好，從而測(cè)試產(chǎn)品的耐熱耐濕性能。
產(chǎn)品在持續(xù)的高溫環(huán)境中工作可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱失效，一些濕氣敏感性器件在濕度高的環(huán)境中會(huì)產(chǎn)生失效，雙85測(cè)試可以測(cè)試產(chǎn)品其在高濕度下而產(chǎn)生的熱應(yīng)力及能夠抵抗?jié)駳忾L(zhǎng)期滲透之能力。比如，南方的潮濕的天氣時(shí)段各種產(chǎn)品的頻頻失效，其主要原因是產(chǎn)品其耐溫濕性能差。
三、試驗(yàn)因素
在LED照明行業(yè)，很多廠家已經(jīng)將雙85試驗(yàn)結(jié)果作為評(píng)判燈具質(zhì)量好壞的一個(gè)重要手段。金鑒實(shí)驗(yàn)室總結(jié)，LED燈具無法通過雙85測(cè)試的各種可能原因有：
1. 燈具電源：外殼耐熱差、電路存在短路危險(xiǎn)、保護(hù)機(jī)制失效等。
2. 燈具結(jié)構(gòu)：散熱體設(shè)計(jì)不合理、安裝出現(xiàn)問題、用料不耐高溫。
3. 燈具光源：防潮性能差、封裝膠老化、耐高溫的性能差。
如遇到特別的使用環(huán)境，比如工作環(huán)境溫度嚴(yán)峻，則需要測(cè)試其耐高低溫性能，其測(cè)試方法可參考高低溫測(cè)試項(xiàng)目。
